Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

Are Bandly straps official Omega or Swatch products?

No. Bandly is an independent strap brand. Our straps are aftermarket accessories designed to be compatible with certain watches, including the MoonSwatch, but we are not affiliated with Omega or Swatch.

Are Bandly straps comfortable for all-day wear?

Absolutely. Comfort is a core focus of Bandly. Our straps are lightweight, flexible, and skin-friendly, designed to be worn all day without irritation.

How do I choose the right size?

Check your watch’s lug width (the distance between the lugs where the strap attaches).

Most MoonSwatch models use 20mm straps. Each product page clearly lists the compatible size.
